How to Get the Pill Bottle

To get the pill bottle, you need to first equip the Brain Rot Ammo Mod on your weapon. Next, find an Aether Nest or Infested Stronghold to find a cyst inside. Cysts are immobile sacs that can be spotted on the walls, roof, and floors of the stronghold or nest. With the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, shoot at the cyst till it turns from yellow to green. You don’t have to waste a lot of ammo for this, as just making it turn green is enough. Once the cyst turns green, interact with it to get the purple Epic Pill Bottle.

Now, you need to turn the purple pill bottle into a golden one. To do that, you need to find the Aether Tear near the portal exit and make your way  through it. You will encounter Aether Tears as purple portals during exploration. Once you go through it, find a green floating rift. Go through this rift and start the bounty contract. You need to defeat Mimics, and once you clear the area you will receive the gold Pill Bottle.

How to Use the Pill Bottle.

To use the pill bottle, make your way to the island north of the Dark Aether Rift found during the quest Bad Signal. The island can be found bordering the red zone. Once you make your way there, you will find four runes. You can activate them once you have all the four items, which includes the Dog Collar, Pill Bottle, Surveillance Camera, and Locked Diary.
