Ammo Mod Circuit Boards are random finds across the map. The most common way to find them is by clearing Strongholds and claiming loot cache rewards. The drop rate for getting the circuit board this way is quite rare, so you have to try a couple of times to get it. Also, the circuit boards can spawn elsewhere in the overworld, like in gas station counter tops, loot boxes, and other surfaces. But Strongholds should be your go to first to get the Ammo Mod Circuit Board.
Next, open up your Tac-Map and find a Deadbolt Turret. They can be spotted on top of elevated areas and building rooftops, and are usually marked with a turret icon. Make your way over there and attach the circuit board to activate it. You have to find 3 circuit boards and activate 3 Deadbolt Turrets to complete the objective. The fastest way you can do this is in a team and preparing yourself with weapons and gas masks before entering strongholds.
