When you enter the level and get the objective to kill Hassan and his men, you will also get another objective where you have to find or craft a blade. You can find box cutters trapped inside the red cabinet containers around the area, but to open them you need the Pry tool. You can craft a pry by getting 1 metal and 1 binding. You can get metal when you check the tool kit on the crafting tables. You can also get some binding tape beside it.
Once you get them both, press the button to open your backpack and craft the pry tool. Now find the red cabinets and pry them open. This action will create a lot of noise, so you should quickly grab the box cutter inside and find a place to hide. If an enemy comes by, you can eliminate them quickly and grab their gun to defend yourself. You can also sneak up on an enemy in sight and eliminate them with the box cutter and take the weapon.
