The only way you can farm Peppermints is by exploring the Jolly Festival Evergreen Maze, and things can go downhill very quickly once you are inside. Once you step foot inside the Evergreen Maze during the Jolly Festival, you have to quickly run around and collect as many peppermints as you can. During this time, you also need to run around and find the little shack nestled away in a random spot within the maze. Since the shack spawns randomly, you need to quickly navigate through the maze to find it. Once you find the shack, you can quickly head inside and seek shelter from the Nevermare
In case you do get caught by the Nevermare while outside, you can quickly escape from it by finding objects left around the maze hedges. You have to run close to the object as if you are almost touching it and keep running beyond it. The Nevermare will follow you, but will get trapped within the object. Use this time to make a dash for it. But if the Nevermare has found a way out before you can make a quick escape, then run a bit forwards, then strafe left or right and then go backwards. Repeat these steps and the Nevermare will follow you. This will make them confused, and after a while you can run away from its grasp.
