To get the Lightning Perfume Bottle, you need to head over to Ellac River Downstream site of grace. From there, make your way down the boulders and go to your left across the stone bridge over the waterfall’s stream. You will soon reach the other side of Cerulean Coast. The exact location where you need to go is marked on the map above.
Make your way southeast and keep going past the gravestones. You will soon reach a cliff overlooking a stream below. In the waters is a corpse having the Lightning Perfume Bottle.
