How to level up your Fitness?

In order to level up the Fitness Stat faster in the early part of the game, players need to follow these steps:

  1. Players first goal is to make their oxygen bar fully used up and consume all their stamina 
  2. This will train them and increase their stamina 
  3. To increase the Fitness stat by 1 rank, players need to do the process 20 times 
  4. The process starts with running as it is the easiest way to remove oxygen 
  5. Then players need to keep running until the bar is fully filled up with the CO2 
  6. This is a single run, so players need to repeat that process 20 times in total to gain the first rank for Fitness 
  7. Rank 1 gives players a 10% increase in the oxygen bar and each rank-up provides 10% (additive) more. 
  8. The process to improve Fitness rank 1 to other is the same but the number of times to run out of oxygen is more.
