Luckily, obtaining Lion’s Roar is not too difficult, as there are a few ways to obtain it. Besides obtaining it via scavenging, one sure way to get this Uzi is by helping Chimurenga complete all his questlines. You will meet Chimurenga in Pantagruel, and he will offer you quests to test your loyalty. Speak to him as well as the residents around the Pantagruel Slums to pick up all the quests and side quests. Helping Chimurenga and the residents is the only way you can achieve 100 Pantagruel loyalty.
Once you have reached 100 loyalty points, you can switch to satellite view to get a call from Chimurenga. He will discuss his retirement plans and the future of Maquis. Proceed to Pantagruel and complete the rest of the conversation, then he will hand over the Fosse Noire mine and Lion’s Roar Uzi. This weapon cannot be customized, but it offers 11 damage, 16 range, and 5% critical hit.
