If you talk to Lalee and pay one tiny diamond to learn how to become rich, you will get a side quest. The quest is called The Necklace in the Chair, and you have to find a lost diamond necklace. The only clue you get is that it is found in a luxury chair. However, there are several chairs like this around Grand Chien. You need to find 12 of them and check all 12 for the diamond necklace. Below are all the possible locations for the luxury chair

What to do with the Luxury Chairs in Jagged Alliance 3
One of the luxury chairs holds a valuable item, a diamond necklace. The necklace spawn is random, so you have to check all the chairs to get it. You should note that these chairs can easily be destroyed during combat, so keep that in mind if you plan on using grenades at the above locations. If a chair is destroyed, the chances of finding the necklace are low.
Also, these locations won’t indicate that the chairs can be found here, as it is different for each playthrough. The luxury chair location is a random encounter, and you might find some as you play the game.
What to do with the Diamond Necklace in Jagged Alliance 3
Once you find the necklace, you have a wide range of options. You can take the necklace to Lalee and sell it to him, but he will only offer 3,000$. If you have a merc with the Negotiator trait, you can increase it to 15,000$. Along with cash, you can also gain XP and Fleatown loyalty.
You can also sell the necklace to any vendor and get 9,000$, so if you are low on cash this is one quick way to make some money.
