You can find the TV option when you pick up your tablet and browse the available options. If you have the money, you can place the TV on any wall within the supermarket. Once you do that, you will notice that you cannot turn it on. That is because this feature isn’t implemented yet, so for now the TV is there for aesthetic purposes.
