You can hire restockers from the hiring section under the Management menu in your computer. But before you can hire them you need to place shelves and racks all over your main store area and your storage area. Next, you need to name your racks in your storage so your restockers will know which item goes into which shelf. For this, take out all the boxes that contain products and stack them on the storage rack using the left mouse button. You have to remember not to press the G key to place boxes, but rather you have to use the left mouse button while holding the box. The box will be placed on the rack and a label will appear of the product in the box. Your restocker will now pick up the box themselves and arrange the product within the store.
You might find that your restockers are just waiting around when there are shelves that need to be restocked. You need to first check your store shelves and check how many products are remaining. Even if there is one product still on the rack, the restockers won’t restock the product. You have to wait till the shelf is completely empty to watch them get to work. Also, if you find they are still stuck and not doing their job, you can just exit the game and log back in or fire and rehire them. It could be a glitch that is messing with the restockers.
