Medusa is one of the bosses you would want to go after in the game for her head. Her head can be used as a weapon to petrify other creatures and there are achievements tied to it as well. But, what do you do with the head once it’s gone bad in the inventory? Even if the head has decayed, there are some users for it or rather you can get something for it. Once the head has decayed it loses all its petrifying powers and is useless, but you can still sell the head or give it to certain NPCs for favor gain. If you choose to sell the head, you can get 1500 G for it, which is worthless in my opinion. I suggest that you give it to an NPC for which you can gain 10 Favor. Now all NPCs will accept the head. Certain NPCs will like it and take it off your hands. So, if you have the head in your inventory, there are ways you can still get something out of it.
