After completing Nellie Bly’s questline and completing the main campaign, you will get access to The Watch. Once you reach the Watch, you will spot several NPCs and vendors in the area. You can visit any of the Essence Traders here to get rare schematics and Realm Card blueprints. But we are trying to unlock the fast travel point here first. For that, you need to find an NPC called Allan Quartermain. To find him, make your way up the stairs and go up to the top floor. In one of the rooms you will find Allan, and you can talk to him to unlock the Fast Travel point
Once you have it unlocked, you can open up your map and use the fast travel point to get to The Watch quickly. Now that you have The Watch fast travel point unlocked, you can explore the end game contents and farm T3 essence to unlock new materials.
