To unlock the Stuffed Elephant Relic in Black Ops 7 Zombies, you must overcome one of Totenreich’s most brutal Cursed Mode Challenges, which can be reached by surviving to Round 40 without perks or completing a timed HVT trial. This guide covers step-by-step instructions to complete this challenge and unlock the relic’s health regeneration effect.
Reach Round 40 Without Perks
To unlock this achievement you will need to survive to round 40 without purchasing any perks. Some players have tried using Gobblegums like Perkaholic to cheat the system but this method seems unreliable due to glitches. You should not purchase any perks at all until you see the relic portal spawn in order to guarantee your achievement.
A good strategy is to pair the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon with Toxic Growth. At the beginning of each game you will want to stay in the spawn area and use the Echo 12 shotgun to earn points. Once you reach round 9, open up the map, gather the parts for the Wonder Weapon, upgrade all weaponry, and purchase armor. After you defeat the Zersa Bear on round 10 you’ll be ready to build the Jotunn Star and head to the lighthouse to set up a camp.
Continue to place Toxic Growth while using the Jotunn Star to eliminate zombies. Necropins should be waited on until you can slow them down before attacking.
Locate the Relic Trial Portal
After reaching Round 40 without perks, you will hear Mr. Peaks laugh, confirming the relic trial portal has spawned. The yellow portal appears on Fishery Island behind the building near Juggernog. Once you are ready, interact with the portal to begin the challenge.
Complete the Relic Trial
During the trial, you will have to try to find and shoot four Mr. Peaks eggs that are hidden throughout the map, while also killing the HVT enemies that spawn from them. The four eggs can be found at Beacon Island, Scalum Market, Storm Bridge, and Dry Dock.
You have a limited amount of time to complete this challenge. However, killing HVTs will add extra time to your timer. Once you have killed all four HVTs, the trial ends and you will get the Stuffed Elephant Relic.
Note: Equipping the Stuffed Elephant Relic increases the delay before your health starts regenerating, making future Cursed matches more challenging.
