The only way you can unlock cashiers is if you have managed to complete the required checkout tasks. When you head over to your computer, under management, click on Hiring. You will see that you can unlock around 4 cashiers and add them to your store. To unlock them all, you need to meet the following requirements
Cashier 1
- Checkout Completed: 200
- Store Level: 10
Cashier 2
- Checkout Completed: 400
- Store Level: 20
Cashier 3
- Checkout Completed: 900
- Store Level: 30
Cashier 4
- Checkout Complete: 1750
- Store Level: 50
Initially you have to complete the required checkouts by yourself by manning the cashier. The more customers you tend to, the more checkouts you will complete. To draw in more customers, try to have a variety of products stocked on your shelves. Once you complete the required checkout, you also have to check whether your store level is adequate. You can increase your store level by expanding your store, purchasing more licenses, and unlocking more furniture. For all this, you need to make adequate profit to keep your store afloat.
