In order to unlock all grenades, one must reach level 54. This includes enabling each item that may or may not affect your gameplay. Below is a list of all lethal grenades and how to unlock them.
Proximity Mine
It is already unlocked by default.
Frag Grenade
It is already unlocked by default.
Drill Charge
To unlock this, reach up to Level 7.
Molotov Cocktail
To unlock this, reach up to Level 17.
Semtex
To unlock this, reach up to Level 20.
C4
To unlock this, reach up to Level 23.
Claymore
To unlock this, reach up to Level 25.
Thermite
To unlock this, reach up to Level 36.
Throwing Knife
To unlock this, reach up to Level 54.
