If you suspect a person of cheating or believe a player is using abusive language, being toxic, or doing other customizing that you find unethical or insulting, reporting them is simple. Here are the following steps to report players in Modern Warfare 2.

  • To access the Social menu or the Social tab for PC gamers, press Y on Xbox or △Playstation. 
  • Then, from the list of Recent Players, choose one. 
  • Highlight and click on the player you wish to report before hitting A on Xbox or X on PlayStation.
  • Select the Report Player option now.
  • When requested, select any relevant choice and state the reason for reporting, such as unacceptable language use. 
  • Please keep in mind If you want to report a player who has been added to your Friends list, remember first to delete them from your Friends list.
