To find the treasure chest, make your way to the Merchant Quarter in Vernworth. You have to visit a particular house as marked on the map above. Right beside Morris’s shop, who you will meet during the quest Prey for the Pack, is a flight of stone stairs leading up.

Make your way up and make a U-turn to the left to find a wooden railing. Jump across it to enter the house. Reach the end of the corridor to enter the balcony, then look to your left to find a ladder. Climb up and go left, you will find several wooden rafters placed on the right side of the roof. Go across till you find another ladder to climb. Go up and follow the path till you reach the end. At the end, look down to find a connecting bridge and a treasure chest. Jump down and open the chest to get the Ferrystone
