To reach the Church District site of grace, you need to first reach Bonny Village. From there, make your way east and cross two wooden bridges to find the Bridge Leading to the Village site of grace. Next, follow the muddy path leading you northeast. You will encounter a giant fire golem enemy along the way, but ignore that and keep traveling northeast. Keep going on the muddy path and you will find the Church District Highroad site of grace
Now all that is left is to travel northwest from that site of grace and you will find a large entrance that will lead you to Church District Entrance, which is where you can find Shadow Keep, Church District.
