To hire employees in Supermarket Together, you need to first earn Franchise Points. You can get franchise points each time you level up, and you can use these points to unlock more skills or perks from the perks board in the manager’s room. As you keep going through the skill tree, you will notice that after unlocking certain items, you will get a notice that you can hire an employee at the next skill point. You can then level up and use your franchise points for this and add an employee to your store

Once you have hired an employee, you can assign them to do tasks around the supermarket. Head over to the manager’s room and look at the board with the topic Employees Assignment. Over here, click on the arrow keys to assign your employees to either do Restock, Cashier, or Storage. To know how many employees you can hire, check the skill or perks blackboard to find a People icon. Select it to know how many employees are left that you can hire
