The best place to farm Yellow Lotus is at Chalk Peak specifically at -1061, -7458. There is a swamp here where you can find Yellow Lotus as well as Scarlet Calamus. Yellow Lotus might occasionally also spawn on the shorelines of the small islands just south of the above coordinates. Another place you can check out is 6200, -3500 in Dayton Wetlands. Again, explore the swamp and you will run into both Yellow Lotus and Scarlet Calamus
