To get the Ultimate Valby Spiral Catalyst blueprint, there are a few methods you can try. You can try to complete the Defend Albion Resources mission in Fortress (Common) or the Chapel mission in Echo Swamp to get either the 023-Mutant AA or 052-Mutant AA. Once you get the blueprint, you need to defeat certain bosses and use the Reconstructed Device to unlock the pattern. Defeating Dead Bride will help unlock The 023-Mutant AA, while 052-Mutant AA unlocks after defeating Hanged Man. Both are common enemies, and can be found early in the game.
Another way to get the blueprints is by participating in the Lost Supply Depot – Vulgus Strategic Outpost in Vesper. You have to play in Hard Mode to get the 073-Mutant AA pattern. There is a 20% chance of obtaining the pattern by completing the mission. After that, take the pattern and complete the Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor – Vesper’s Lost Supply Depot mission. You can use the Reconstructed Device at the end of the mission to unlock the pattern and get the blueprint
