Blueprints are how you can get some of the top weapons in the game. Union Guard is the one that Captain Price uses, so you might want to get your hands on it. It is an assault rifle which is based on the signature weapon that the Captain uses, and you can unlock it as a playable weapon in Modern Warfare 2.
In order to do this, you will need to finish the campaign mode. This means that you have to beat all seventeen missions in their entirety to get the Union Guard blueprint.
