Moldour Thief Vest Location in Star Wars Outlaws
Make your way to the city of Myrra in Akiva. You can enter the navigation mode if you haven’t unlocked these areas yet. Once you are here, locate a tailor called Jamm Mox. You can find his store just northwest of the Market District and outside the Pyke Syndicate base. Talk to the tailor and gain access to his store and purchase the vest here. You can also visit the Sopa Nandor Smuggler in Mos Eisley, Tatooine, but you have to be aligned to a certain faction and gain enough reputation to access the store.

Moldour Thief Belt Location in Star Wars Outlaws
The vendor who sells the Moldour Thief Belt can also be found in Akiva. But before you can access their store, you need to progress through the main story till you meet The Scavenger expert. Completing The Scavenger’s questline will help unlock the Hydrorepulsor for your Speeder, which is a requiement to meet with the vendor. Next, make your way over to The Great Basin in the northwestern section of Akiva and travel to the island there. Find the vendor called Namda Eaakee Barterer and purchase the Moldour Thief Belt from them

- Increases Stun Shot recharge speed.
Moldour Thief Pants Location in Star Wars Outlaws
For the final piece of the outfit set, you need to make your way to Tatooine. You need to progress through the main story missions here till you get past the Jabba’s Favor main quest. Also, your reputation with the Hutt Syndicate should be good and above, so you can gain access to Jabba’s Palace. You can gain reputation with the Hutts by picking up contracts from them, selling information to Hutt vendors, and siding with them during main story missions. Once you are inside the palace, find the Clava Zeist Smuggler and purchase the pants from them
