Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have been running for a few weeks now; still, players are looking for Pokemon to fill up their Pokedex. The Paldea region is home to 400+ Pokemon, and players need them to complete the Pokedex. Among them, some are easily spawned and found almost everywhere, while others are rare spawns in specific locations. Seviper is one of those Pokemon that spawn only at a handful of locations in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and this guide will help you find it.
Seviper Location in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet- Where to Find?
Seviper is one of the old-gen Pokemon in the games, so veteran players probably identify Seviper easily. Introduced in Gen III, Seviper has earned massive popularity among players, so this Pokemon has made its way to the Paldea Region. Seviper is a unique snake Pokemon in the game and a rival to Zangoose.
Seviper is accessible from the beginning of the games but can’t be found easily because it is a rare spawn. If you notice its Pokedex habitat data, you’ll see it lives on the southwest side of the map. If you start moving toward the southeast side of your school, you’ll find a Marshland, but Seviper doesn’t spawn inside it. Instead, look in the grassy area outside, and probably you’ll find your desired Pokemon. We have marked the location on the map below-
Once you are at this marked location, search the area to find a Seviper, but as we have said, it is a rare spawn, so you probably don’t get it on your first attempt. You’ll need a few attempts before you get a Seviper.
Being a Poison-type Pokemon, Seviper is not a strong companion, but you still need it to fill up your Pokedex. However, if you don’t want to catch it, you can defeat it to get Seviper Fang. Players need Saviper Fang to craft a few TMs like Poison Jab and Poison Tail. Capturing or defeating Saviper gives players Saviper Fang. However, if you intend to fight it, remember to use Ground and Psychic type Pokemon.
That’s all you need to know about how to get Seviper in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Snake Pokemon are rare in the game, and that’s why you should at least have one Seviper in your Pokedex, though it doesn’t help you in the battles much.
