The only way you can obtain the Rocket Launcher blueprint is by defeating enemy ships at sea. Before you begin it is best to level up your infamy level to the highest level possible in open beta. Next, you need to unlock better ships like the Padewakang to help tackle tougher enemy ships. Once you are ready, there are two ways you can get the Rocket Launcher. The first method is by participating in the PvP events like the Cutthroat Cargo Hunt. You will receive a treasure map at the end of the event and you can unlock various treasures this way, including the blueprint for the Rocket Launcher.
The other method you can try is to make your way to the inland rivers in the north eastern section of the map. If you keep hitting the ships here, you might get the blueprint as a drop. The same applies for finding Rocket Launcher 2 and 3, as they can be obtained by sinking enemy ships. Of course, the outcome is random, and you might find the blueprints in other locations as well. Just keep hitting ships till you get it as a drop.
Rocket Launcher Ammo Location in Skull and Bones
Getting Rocket Launcher ammo is the same as getting the Rocket Launcher blueprints. You need to defeat enemy ships and get them as drops. One of the best places to farm for Rocket Launcher ammo is around the Lost City of Prei. You can also unlock chests during events and otherwise to farm ammo. Since this ammo cannot be crafted, you have to scavenge different ships and chests to get them
