You need to find Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing and hand it over to Twin Maiden Husks to unlock a new store. There is Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing [1] and [2] that you can find, but you just need to turn in the first one to unlock Redflesh Mushroom from the store. To find Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing [1], make your way to Temple Town Ruins and make your way southeast. Jump down towards the stone pillars sticking out from the cliff’s sides and go towards Gravesite Plain
From there, head west and once you reach the edge of the cliff, look to your right. You will spot a pot that is sticking to the side of the hill. Shoot it down and you will get Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing [1]. For Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing [2], make your way to Ellac River Downstream. With Torrent’s help, make your way down the waterfall by jumping on the boulders below. On your left is a stone pathway that crosses over to the other side of the waterfall. Go across it and sticking to the waterfall is the pot having Mushroom Seller’s Bell Bearing [2]
