To find the Rebecca deviant, make your way to HP Evolution Institute in Red Sands (6271, -1122). This is the LEA Research Lab, and it is a level 50 area. Since this is a late game area, you need to be well prepared to tackle whatever lies within. The lab layout is pretty simple, and it will ultimately lead you to the final boss, who is Mother of Life. Defeat the Mother of Life and you can get the Rebecca deviant.

Mother of Life is a level 50 boss, but you can tag along with a team if you are not prepared for the fight. Aim and shoot at the jellyfish head to weaken it, and take cover behind the boulders to evade her attacks. She will occasionally spawn portals around the arena that will summon minions, so you need to station a teammate to tackle them. Once the portals are down, shoot the boss and repeat this step several times. When the boss is downed, you can get the Rebecca deviant.
