How to Get Plague Wood
The Plague Wood can be collected from the swamp biome, particularly within the infested zones. Once you reach this zone, move towards the infested trees to start harvesting the Plague Wood. For gathering Plague Wood, an Iron Axe is required. You can also get Plague Wood by killing infected crocodiles. As soon as you collect Plague Wood for the first time, it will unlock new crafting recipes.
The most common location to find crocodiles is within the shallow water and swamps throughout the entire Cursed Swamps biome. Crocodiles prefer to be near water sources, making these areas the best spots to hunt them.
