Jagged Alliance 3- How to Find Parts?
Upgrading or modifying weapons is a common feature in RPGs, and Jagged Alliance 3 is no exception. The more players progress through the game, the more initial weapons seem irrelevant. Players need to upgrade or modify their weapons to survive.
Parts are one of the most required ingredients if you want to add sights and other things to your weapons. However, fortunately, Parts are not rare in the game; players can find them mostly in two ways. First, they can be found in the Hidden Stashes. Hidden Stashes are boxes that players can find while searching a mission area.

During a mission, players get the opportunity to search the entire area and find the Hidden Stashes. These boxes contain Parts, Lenses, Chips, and Steel Pipes. Almost every mission area has one Hidden Stash that players can find to get Parts. So, whenever you complete a Mission, make sure to search the vicinity thoroughly.
Another way to get parts is to Scrap weapons and gear. In RPGs, players get numerous weapons and gear throughout the game, and the more players progress through the game, the more they feel some of these weapons and equipment are unnecessary. So, to free inventory space, they can scrap these materials. In Jagged Alliance 3, this feature is available, and players can scrap their old, unnecessary materials for Parts. Every weapon and equipment you Scrap will give you Parts to modify weapons.
To Scrap an item, select it from your inventory and click on the Scrap option. Inventory can be reached by pressing the ‘I’ button.
