Nutriabh is an elven dish that requires two unique items, namely the rotten apple and a rotten shorefish. If you speak to Doireann at the end of The Ailing Arborheart quest, she can help craft the dish if you are able to get the two ingredients. To get rotten apples, all you have to do is scavenge the overworld for this fruit. You can find apple trees right outside Sacre Arbor. Store the apples in your inventory then head out to find shorefish. You can locate shorefish within the waters beneath Sacred Arbor, just keep an eye out for bubbles appearing on the water surface. If you can’t find the fish this way, you can also hunt down Saurian enemies and get it as a drop
Now, keep both items in your inventory and wait a few in-game days to find it rotten. You have to ensure that you don’t have pawns who use Logistician specialization and Stasis Sorcerer Augment. Stasis helps slow down the rate at which produce gets spoilt in your inventory. The Logistician pawns will start fuzing together items to create new ones, hence using rotten Shorefish to craft lamp oil. Once you get rotten apple and shorefish, hand it over to Doireann to get Nutriabh for Brokkr.
