Multi kills is just as the name implies. You should just get successive double kills or more in a single match. The more group kills you are able to execute, the faster you can complete the objective. The best way to get multikills is to find maps with a lot of player activity. It is even better if there are objective based maps, as groups of players would likely swarm around the objective. Domination, Hardpoint, Ground War, or Invasion are such maps where you can find large player bases and objective type missions. You don’t have to participate in the objective if your sole purpose of being there is to kill. So you can take your pick and camp out around the objective zone to kill players.
The best way to take down hordes of enemies is by using crowd control weapons and gear. Grenades are the best ways to kill several players at once, but you can also go for launchers, SMGs, or LMGs as well.
