The Drunken Fist (or Bamboocut Draught) is a new martial arts class in Where Winds Meet that introduces two new weapon types, namely, the Drunken Fist gloves and Bamboocut Draught dual blades, as well as four Inner Ways that can be unlocked. The reward for some Inner Ways may come from the completion of older Qinghe missions, whereas the other rewards are attainable by fighting an NPC or opening chests. In this guide, we’ll tell you where to go and what you need to do to unlock all the Drunken Fist martial arts and Inner Ways.
How to Get the Drunken Fist Gauntlets and Inner Way

To unlock the Drunken Fist gauntlets, as well as the Gold Inner Way, go to the Hidden Mountain area. Once there, use the teleporter at the Gasping Cliff location marked on the map. Upon arriving, approach the river and walk along the shoreline in a counter-clockwise direction.
After some time, you will find an old man who is near a bonfire with children around him. Fight him in a Martial Fellowship battle and win. After defeating the old man, speak to him once again. He will give you the Drunken Fist style of martial arts and its Gold Inner Way.
How to Get the Bamboocut Draught Dual Blades

The Bamboocut Draught dual blades can be unlocked by completing the Legacy quest “Echoes of Old Battle” for the Bamboocut Draught. It’s one of the early quests in the game and, interestingly enough, it is where you can unlock the Touch of Death assassination skill. If you have already done the quest before, all that is left to do is head over to the specified area and speak to Li Yangui, who will give you the Bamboocut Draught martial art.
How to Get the Second Purple Inner Way

The second Purple Inner Way is gained from the Qinghe quest called “The Promised Light.” Once you finish this quest, you should teleport to the Scripture Hall teleport location and search for the chest at this location. Opening this chest will provide you with the second Purple Inner Way. If you do not have the Scripture Hall teleport location on your map, you must first complete “The Promised Light.”
How to Get the Final Purple Inner Way

The last Purple Inner Way is related to the campaign mission of Qinghe called “Palace of Annals.” When you have done that quest, you will unlock the battle with the boss called “Lucky Seventeen.” If you’ve already finished the quest, simply travel to the location shown in the guide and enter the building. Inside, you’ll find a chest containing the final Purple Inner Way. If you can’t access this area, make sure you’ve completed the “Palace of Annals” quest first.
Bamboocut Draught Weapon Mechanics
With the Twin Blades, the Frenzy Gauge is increased during combat. Usage of the special skill makes you drunk and contributes to increasing the drunkenness meter speed. When the gauge is completely filled, the special skill becomes an effective multi-hit aerial attack.
The Gauntlets are slightly different in terms of mechanics; their heavy skill allows you to take a drink of the gourd, costing some Endurance but giving you back the combat gauge. With it, you are able to use extra special skills on the ground, like a very fast flurry, which breaks the enemy’s shield, thus becoming quite useful in PvP.
With an increase in your drunkenness meter, your character begins to visibly demonstrate the effect of the alcohol; he will stumble and sway. When both gourds are full, you get access to new powerful abilities depending on your weapon. The Gauntlets also have a unique feature where a falcon companion can appear and attack the enemy while you’re drinking from the gourd.
The new Bamboocut Draught martial art path is coming to the global server on September 3. This new melee DPS path adds two weapon variations: Drunken Fist gauntlets and Bamboocut Draught dual blades.
