Once you find Nimue, check if she is Sleeping. Sleeping Nimue is a random event; if you find her sleeping during your first visit, you will be lucky. Otherwise, check on her frequently and wait for her to fall asleep. After she falls asleep, equip your Dreamcatcher and use it on her bracelet. It will catch her Dream. Place the Dream on the empty slot to travel to the Retreat’s Horizon dimension. You will find Anamy’s Echo there.
Once you get it, return to Ava McCabe in Ward 13 and access the Crafting menu. Select Crescent Moon Bow, and you need to spend Anamy’s Echo, 7 Lumenite Crystals, and 1000 Scraps to craft it.
