To get Blue Grass, there are two ways to go about it. Either you can purchase the recipe for blue grass from Qi’s store on Ginger Island, or start off with the Meadowlands Farm map. If you are starting a new map, you can easily find Blue Grass growing all around during Fall, Spring, and Summer. It starts sprouting directly from Year 1, so you can have a better time trying to harvest Blue Grass. But if you don’t want to start a new map, then you should head over to Ginger Island and find Qi. There, you can purchase the Blue Grass Starter Recipe, but you need foraging mastery to start planting blue grass. You can then plant Blue Grass the same way you would for regular Green Grass
To use Blue Grass, harvest the Blue Grass and feed it to your animals. Feeding your farm animals Blue Grass will offer a 2 x acceleration in the animal’s heart growth. This helps in increasing production and also offers higher quality materials from them
