To unlock these mines, you must first reach level 4 to unlock custom load-outs. You can quickly scale up to level 4 by completing matches and objectives. Once you have the custom loadouts active, head there and select the Weapons tab, then select the Multiplayer Loadout option. From here, you can create a custom loadout. Head over to the Lethal tab and select the Proximity Mine.
Now that you have unlocked the Proximity Mine, you will load into the game with one of them equipped on you. To get more Proximity Mines, you should equip the Resupply Bonus Perk from the Support Perk Pack to get an additional proximity mine. If you want a constant resupply while on the field, then the Munitions Box Field Upgrade will help you with that. The Munitions Box will help deploy a supply package to you and your team, and there is a slight chance that you can get a proximity mine as well.
Now that you know how to get Proximity Mines, let’s see how to use them. The best place to place a mine is near entrances where you know there will be a lot of enemy activity. Alleyways and narrow gaps are also great places to stash a mine, especially if it is a one-way road where they cannot go backward. To complete the objective of getting three kills with proximity mines, the Domination mode will help you out. There are plenty of natural bottleneck areas here, so it is easy to trap and detonate enemies. Just keep an eye on the map to know which places are ideal.
