It is extremely difficult to find and you might just give up. But if you really want to get them, here’s how you can make it easier for yourself.

The only way to get a 6IV Ditto is by coming across one randomly in a Tera Raid Battle. If you do find one, you’re lucky and you don’t have to wait for it to spawn. However, if you’re not having luck finding it, there are other methods that you can try.
If you really want a 6IV Ditto, the first thing that you will need to do is to find a 6-star Tera Raid Battle. You can take the help of the black crystals which are scattered all over the Paldea region. Note that they will show up only after you have completed the game. Once you find the crystal, check if it’s a Ditto. If it’s not, you will need to change the date on your Switch to the next day. The black crystal will now be in a different location and you need to check again and repeat until you find a Ditto.
If you find a Ditto, battle it to see if it has 5 or 6IVs. If it is not what you want, you will need to repeat the process again. But try not to lose hope. Note that a 5IV Ditto is still good, and you can also trade with other players to get the 6IV Ditto that you want.
