As you keep progressing through the game, you will unlock certain quests that will leave you puzzled. During the sixth main mission of Star Wars Outlaws, you start the False Flag quest in Toshara. This quest is a bit dangerous and you might have to repeat checkpoints several times before you can clear the quest.

Below are the steps to start the False Flag quest and to find the Data Vault in Star Wars Outlaws

The False Flag quest is the main story quest found in Jaunta’s Hope, Toshara. This quest automatically unlocks after completing the New Tricks quest

Talk to Waka near the Trailblazer to start the quest, then make your way to the quest marker in Toshara’s orbit to locate the Cargo of Sansanna
Collect the cargo and defeat any approaching enemies, then head over to the Imperial Fuel Station.
Once inside the Fuel Station, you will get the objective to Find the Data Vault. Open the door after talking to Waka and enter the cargo holder

Make your way north without alerting the guards. You will find a cargo that can be moved towards the exit, activate it and hide beside it to avoid being noticed
Once you are inside the passage, on your left is a terminal you can interact with. This will open up a vent, go through it and reach the other side

Call upon the elevator and go up. Unlock the door ahead and use Nix to disable the alarm
Attack or Distract the guard ahead, then enter the passage on your left

Sneak up and attack the guard here, then access the computer
Now that you have located the terminal that has info on the Data Vault, you need to make your way over there to reach the Data Vault

Exit the booth through the left side doorway and go up the ladder, then head towards the locked door on your left at the end of the passage
Lockpick the door and sabotage the alarm on the left side of the passage
Defeat any guards nearby then unlock the door on the far left side of the passage
Use Nix to distract the camera and go through the door. Go down the ladder and go through the vent on the right side

Walk on the tracks and enter the first vent on your right. There is a lockpicking game where you can use the override function before entering the vent
Go up the ladder and follow the quest marker. You will spot several agents roaming around, so you can either bypass them or attack them

At the end of the passage, go through the door and reach the other level. Use Nix to activate the switch that will push the panels away, giving you access to grapple and travel to the other side

Hide behind the structures to avoid getting caught by the surveillance cameras
Make your way to the other side of the area and travel to the very end. Lock pick the door and you have found the Data Vault
