You can start farming Wyrmslife Crystals during the later stages of the game. The easiest way to find draconic beasts is by completing quests, namely the Legacy and A New Godsway quests. These two are late game quests, but they will lead you to a dragon.
- To specifically farm Wyrmslife Crystals from the dragon, having a lower strength at around 400 and being at Level 26 can help with that.
- It is also recommended to change your vocation to Thief and learn the Pilfer or Plunder Weapon Skills while unlocking the Bump and Lift core skill. These skills will help swipe up more loot while the enemy is stunned, dazed or while under attack.
- Use a lower strength weapon to drag out the fight and make the dragon drop more crystals. The more you drag the fight, the more crystals you can farm without killing the boss.
- But to be on the safe side, keep a Pawn that is apt at ice damage and a mage for healing, just in case you want to end the battle early. If you wish to land the finishing blow, aim at the glowing part of the dragon’s body to finish them off.
You can also find drakes located around Vernworth and Battahl, as these two will drop Wyrmslife Crystals. While they are not as tough as dragons nor do they drop as many crystals as you would like, they are the second best option available to get Wyrmslife Crystals
