For now, you cannot enter the cool people room, as this feature is not yet implemented into the game. If you try to walk through the door, you will notice that it is blocking you from doing so. But you can still see past the door and take a look inside it. Technically the cool people room will offer certain character customization options in future. It is unsure whether all players will get this feature unlocked, or whether it is available for paying players.
There is a chance that the cool people room can be unlocked through a future DLC, but nothing is confirmed for now. It is also speculated that this particular room might be locked behind a paywall, so maybe players who make a purchase might have access to the room.
