To enter the Ice Abyss or Ice Hell section of the Ice Cave, you need to make your way to the void in the center of the map. There is a deep canyon that if you fall into will instantly kill you, but this is the only way to reach the Ice Abyss. If you check your map, somewhere in the bottom central section, you will find the black void. For now, try to avoid this area and try not to jump into it just yet.
You have to wait and watch the void till it starts glowing red. It usually glows red somewhere towards the end of the match. If you complete a match and return to the deep canyon, you will notice a reddish hue emitting from the depths. That means that the entrance to the Ice Abyss is unlocked, and you can just jump through it to reach the next level
