The Lifer in Wuthering Waves is a pretty tough boss with many buffs, making it extremely difficult. This guide will take you through the process of defeating this boss, focusing on strategically removing its buffs before the final confrontation. We’ll go over how to find the Lifer, how to explore the Oakheart Highcourt to weaken it, and finally, how to combat its powerful attacks in the decisive battle.

How to Find the Lifer

This location is in the Fagaceae Peninsula, which is in the eastern part of Rinascita. To find it, go towards the center of this area. You can either skip over obstacles or carefully navigate through them like a maze. Once you reach the center, you’ll find a friendly Chop Chop and a puzzle that involves statues.

The Lifer boss is super tough because it has a ton of buffs stacked on it. To make the fight easier, we need to explore the Oakheart Highcourt to find ways to remove these buffs. Don’t worry about winning the fight right now. Our main goal is to figure out how to get rid of the Lifer’s buffs.

We can tackle them in any order we like. Once you’ve removed all of the Lifer’s buffs, you can go back and easily defeat it. If you need to start or restart, you don’t lose all your progress. Opening the gates and removing buffs that have been applied will still be saved, so you can easily pick up where you left off.

How to Defeat the Lifer

To defeat the Lifer you will need to pick the option ‘Fight it out’. As this will create a boss battle against the already Chop Chop within the room but warned: 300% super strong.

The boss fight itself is not very complicated. Just be careful for its attacks:

  • Slower attacks: It is not too hard to evade.
  • Spinning move: It spins, lunges to the front while hitting everything there.

Weakness: They have a lower resistance to Fusion damage, making Fusion-based attacks more effective against them.

Origin: Legend says that Chop Chops were once parts of a giant that was defeated by knights. Now, they wander around, trying to somehow become whole again.

Appearance: These creatures often hover above tall buildings, making them look even bigger and more intimidating. They seem to use the buildings as part of their own bodies.

Silhouette: Their shapes often blend in with the architecture, creating a menacing silhouette that resembles a giant.
