Multiple missions are one of the key characteristics of Warzone 2.0 DMZ mode. If you have been grinding through this mode, you are already aware that this mode has multiple Factions, and these Factions have several challenges. One of the challenges you need to complete in the DMZ mode is to ‘A Rescue Hostage Contract and Extract with the Hostage Evac Helo.’

Guide to Complete A Rescue Hostage Contract and Extract with the Hostage Evac Helo Mission in Warzone 2.0- How to Do?
Warzone 2 DMZ players are already aware of the Factions in the game, and White Lotus is one of those Factions. A Rescue Hostage Contract and Extract with the Hostage Evac Helo is one of the challenges you find in the White Lotus Faction. These are the two objectives under the Hostage Rescue mission.
The mission is not complicated; the only tricky part is that you only get 20 seconds to rescue the Hostage after you accept the challenge. Players must find the green phone icon with handcuffs drawn to accept the challenge. Open the Tac map and zoom in on the map to see the icons. We have marked one on the below map to make things easier for you-
Once you mark one, head towards the location and pick up the phone to accept the mission. If you don’t want to accept the mission, you can simply leave the phone. However, once you accept the mission, the game will tell you to visit the nearest Hostage location. So, open the map and mark the closest Hostage location marked by handcuff icons.
Head over to the location and find the Hostage. You have only 20 seconds to do this process, and then the mission will fail. In the meantime, while looking for the Hostage, players need to fight the guards in the house. Look every corner of the house to find the Hostage within the time limit. It is better to bring a friend to complete this mission; solo players will find it harder to rescue the Hostage alone.
Once you locate the Hostage and rescue him, the first objective is done. You have another objective, and that is to extract with the Hostage. The moment your first objective is done, the game will tell you to carry the Hostage and bring him to a location you can see on your minimap. The location will also be marked with a Handcuff icon and a green circle around it.
Carry the Hostage on your back and bring him to the location. A chopper will arrive and hop on it with the Hostage. Once you leave the location safely with the Hostage, your second objective is also done, and you’ll complete the Hostage Rescue mission.
