Owning a house has many benefits. You can store more things in your house, and you can also decorate it with trophies. Trophies give you bonuses, like more damage against certain enemies or a higher chance to find rare items. You can put five different trophies in each house, and you can have the same trophy in different houses to get more bonuses.

To buy a house in Aeternum, you must have a good reputation in that area. You need to be at least level 10 to buy the cheapest houses. To get better houses, you need to be at a higher level. To buy a house in New World, you need to have enough money. But the price is usually not the problem. The bigger problem is reaching the required reputation level. Your first house in New World is cheaper than the others. You get a 50% discount on the price and the taxes. To buy a house, go to the house you want and press the “E” key. This will open a menu where you can buy the house.
