After a certain point in the game, you might find that even if you have all the upgrades and item licenses unlocked, you cannot increase your customer base. There are a few things you can try to amp up the appearance of customers to your store. The first thing you need to do is increase your store level. The more you expand and upgrade your store, the faster your store level will increase. The higher your store level, the more customers you can draw in. Another thing you can try is to get more products on the shelves. The more licenses you unlock, the more products you can display. This will ultimately bring in more customers, but if not, you can always price your products for cheap to get them to come.
To keep your existing customers in check, it is best to keep your shelves restocked whenever required. If you don’t have stock of the product, the customer can get displeased. So keep tabs on your shelves and keep an excess of the more popular products in your store. That way you can draw in more customers and retain the ones who do come to your store frequently
