This method is especially helpful if you want to play Pokemon Scarlet and Violet competitively. It’s a good idea to start EV training your Pokemon as quickly as possible, as you will get Effort points when you defeat another Pokemon in a battle.

Battling certain Pokemon will give you EV points in specific stats that will help to increase them. If you want to maximize these stats, it will make your Pokemon stronger, and you can train them in those stats. Alternatively, if you are looking to build an all-rounded Pokemon, you can build up the weaker stats.

You can increase EV Training quickly by using Power Items and Vitamins in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. By holding Power Items, you will be able to reduce the speed of your Pokemon and increase their EV points.

Here are some of the Power Items that you can get to boost your EV Training. Note that they are all available at all the branches of the Delibird Presents Shop.
