To start the auto-heal process, you need to first ensure that the fainted Pokémon is revived. This will bring back a small portion of your health, after which you can utilize the auto-heal option. Press the X button to open up the menu, then select the Pokémon that needs healing. After that, click on the – (minus) button on your Nintendo Switch to start the auto heal. Below are all the items that the auto-heal function will use, and the amount of HP it will restore.
- Potions – 20 HP
- Fresh Waters – 30 HP
- Soda Pops – 50 HP
- Super Potions – 60 HP
- Lemonades – 70 HP
- Moomoo Milk – 100 HP
- Hyper Potions – 120 HP
The auto-heal feature will prioritize all the low-cost and low-healing items first, then will move on to the higher-healing items. So if you are looking to save your potions, then you should rethink using the auto-heal function, as it will use up all the potions according to low cost and low healing to higher cost and higher healing. If you do not have stock of the low-healing items, then it will pick up on the high-healing items, which can cost you if you were planning to save them for another time.
