To duplicate items or finishings, you need to upgrade your Flipper Tool and unlock two specific perks. You can upgrade your Flipper Tool by using it frequently. This won’t be a hard task, as initially you will use this tool to sell items. But the more you use it, the more you can level it up and unlock new features. Each time you level up the Flipper Tool, you can get perk points. You can then invest these points in certain perks. Now, the perks you are looking for are listed below.
- Like two drops of water – Duplicate items
- Trendsetter – Duplicate styles and finishes
You can find both these perks under the Flipper Tool option in the Perks menu. Once you have them unlocked, you can use them to start the duplication process.
How to Duplicate Items in House Flipper 2
To duplicate items, equip the Flipper then press R to bring up a new wheel menu. At the bottom is the duplicate items option. Select it, then scan an item by pressing M1 and press M1 again in another location to duplicate the item.
How to Duplicate Furnishing and Styles in House Flipper 2
As for duplicating styles, equip the Flipper and press R again. This time select the Copy Style option on the right side of the wheel. Now select the style on any furnishing using M1, then focus on the object where you would like the design to reflect on and press M1 again. This helps in matching your wallpapers, chairs, and couches with the same fabric style. You can even match the wood by focusing on a wooden object and copying that style to the rest of the house.
