Like most items in Unmoored World, you can get the Hood of Darkness after you find the secret treasure chest that contains it. The chest is located in the Nameless Village, so make your way over there first. Once you reach the Nameless Village, you have to travel a bit east. If you remember, there used to be a lake over here, but now it is all dried up. The lake will be filled with monsters, so be prepared to encounter them. At the bottom of the lake you will spot a treasure chest. Unlock it to get the Hood of Darkness head armor.
