You would have collected several eerie building blocks around Penacony by now, so you have to turn them in to make the most of it. To do that, wait for a random message to visit The Reverie’s snooker room. This will start a new quest, and you can accept it to learn more. Now make your way to the Ticker Supervisor. You can find them at The Reverie (Dreamscape). Head over to F1 and make your way through the double doors and keep to your left. You will find a room with the Ticker Supervisor
Talk to the supervisor to learn more about what needs to be done. If you have the Eerie Building Block items, then hand them over. It requires 5 of these blocks at a time, so you can give them as long as you have stock of the item.
