You can find this Warp Trotter once you gain access to the Rooftop Garden in Dream’s Edge. To get there, you need to first activate Dream’s Eye in the location above. This will shift the platforms giving you access to the upper floors. Take the stairs and keep going till you find another Dream’s Eye. Deactivate it to gain access to the Rooftop Garden. You can find a Lordly Trashcan in the area once you step foot here. But we need to find the Warp Trotter. Luckily, you just need to turn to the right and you can find it on the platform.
You need to successfully defeat the Warp Trotter before it escapes. You have three chances before it runs away. The best way to tackle it is to learn its weakness and use the appropriate characters. Usually they are weak against Imaginary, Quantum, and Physical attacks.
